Mrs. Mills is a dedicated higher education professional currently serving as the Director of Academic Standards at SUNY Buffalo State University. With a deep commitment to student success, she has been instrumental in shaping academic transition programs, spearheading the development and leadership of learning communities designed to help first-year students thrive both academically and socially. Additionally, she oversees academic intervention monitoring and programming.
